Franklin Township is a township located in Adams County, Pennsylvania. It is a small rural community, with a population of about 2,600 residents. The township is governed by three elected supervisors who serve four-year terms and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local government. Elections for supervisors are held every two years, and the town is represented in the Pennsylvania State Senate by Senator Bob Mensch and in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives by Representative Dan Moul.
