Lower Milford, PA is a small town in Lehigh County with a population of around 3,200 people. It is governed by a five-member board of supervisors who serve four-year terms and are elected on an at-large basis. The current Board members are Chairman John A. Schmoyer, Vice Chairman Patrick Nowacki, Secretary/Treasurer David M. Jones, and Supervisors Adam C. Weaver and Dean Eberts. All five supervisors are aligned in their commitment to providing residents with the services they need while keeping local taxes low. The township also has an active Planning Commission tasked with making sure that new development meets the community’s zoning goals and requirements. Lower Milford offers its residents a safe environment while still allowing for access to all the amenities that come with being part of the Greater Philadelphia Region. With its close proximity to both major cities as well as smaller rural townships, Lower Milford provides an ideal blend of urban and rural living for those who choose to call it home.
