Noxen, Pennsylvania is a small town with a population of just under 1,000 people. The local government in Noxen is made up of a mayor and four council members who are elected by the townspeople. The Mayor and Council hold regular meetings to discuss matters of importance to the community and work together on initiatives that benefit the citizens of Noxen.
