Manning, SC is a small town with a population of approximately 4,500 people located in the Pee Dee region of the state. While it may be small, Manning is a place where politics still plays an important role in the community. The local government is run by Mayor Jackie Linn and six members of the Town Council who are all elected by the citizens every four years. Each member of the council represents one of the six wards in town and helps make decisions on important matters such as budgets, taxes, road maintenance, zoning issues, public safety and more.
