Moscow, Tennessee is a small town located in Fayette County. It has a population of around 2,000 people and is governed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The current mayor of Moscow is Jacob Turner who was elected in 2018 and won re-election in 2020. The board of aldermen consists of five members who each have four year terms.
