This is the place to live! No specu tors please I - 10/17/2008
I own a house in DS and it is a near perfect place to live. It is cheap, it is quiet and it is close to Las Vegas. It's not hot, as we are high above the AZ cities. There is very little crime. If we had a bus that commuted over the canyon, it would be perfect. We are getting a bridge over the canyon to Las Vegas and I imagine that in the next year we will be besidged by specuators even in this economy. Residents look here. It is divine!
