Race is mostly Mexican, angry people and rednecks. This is a nasty place to live. It's the most crime and ghetto in the county. Avoid this place. Age is all over the place, crazy demented aged and criminals. Expect your neighbors to have been in prison at one time or they need to be. Don't be fooled by the basic or boring look that makes you think they are innocent and nerdy. They are nothing like that. Sadistic is more like it. Run.
