I grew up here, Lived by the beach in Huntington for 20 years, in belmont hieghts for 2 years and now I live in the house I grew up at in westminster. Just the fact you can get on the freeway (either 405 or 22) Makes westminster amazing. I ride my bike to the beach, 8 miles in 30 minutes. drive to Santiago canyon in 20 minutes and ride the canyon. The azuza mountains are 45 minutes away, and bigbear 2 hours. 3 airports reasonable close. 2 withing 30 minutes and LA 45 minutes. Quiet Neighborhood with many new families and mostly all the old homes have been rehabbed.
