Mesquite is a beautiful, clean, safe & new city. Housing costs seem average- not high for this part of the country. Compared to California, it is a steal!
Most all of the housing is only a few years old, and the quality & upgrades you find here are incredible. The lots are also larger (except for Pulte Homes). We found it less expensive here than CO, OR, AZ, NM and everywhere in CA. Do the research...Mesquite is a great retirement community and also a great place to raise a family. We are close to the beautiful State Parks of Utah, the excitement of Vegas and skiing in Brian Head. More business are popping up every week. They say this is the next Palm Springs, so get in while it IS still affordable.
