Not so great.

I love FL. But now is not the best time to live here... especially in psl. I saw someone walking around with a t-shirt that said "unemployed F.I.T. graduate" with a phone number. There are no jobs, everyone is being foreclosed on because of losing everything due to the drop in the real estate market. Houses are now over-priced and often vandalized by the disgruntled previous owners. However, for the most part, the weather is nice and its nesr the beach. A Beautiful sunny beach is never a downfall.
