Most residents in Irvine value education as one of their priorities in living here. The public and private schools are top-notch, with UCI leading the way. This could be due to several reasons, including the importance that the parents place on education as well as the support and effort by students and their parents. It tends to keep the real estate values high as well, which makes it unaffordable for many.
