This place is absolutely Crawling with meth and heroin addicts. They roam the streets, they constantly knock on your door asking for rides and money. More

Beware, no water. Very windy.
Lots of crime on East side.
Lots of growth planned with no water, town is headed for disaster. No jobs. Poor schools. More
As of 2017 population is ~10k. Have a talk to the barber to learn the goings on. Lots of farms and ranches. Most homes on 1 acre lots.
