Alamosa, CO is a small city located in the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado. It has a rich cultural history, and its population is made up of a diverse mix of people from various backgrounds. Politically, Alamosa is part of Colorado's 3rd Congressional District and represented in the United States House of Representatives by Lauren Boebert. At the state level, Alamosa falls within Senate District 35 and House District 62, which are represented respectively by Senator Don Coram (R) and Representative Daneya Esgar (D). Locally, Alamosa has an 11-member city council that is responsible for governing the city. The mayor is currently Ty Coleman (Democrat), who was elected into office in November 2020. He works with the councilmembers to make decisions about how to best serve the citizens of Alamosa through municipal policies. Additionally, there are numerous other local politicians who work together with elected officials on specific issues or local initiatives to ensure prosperity for their constituents.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won. Honestly Alamosa is probably the worst place ever..It sucks..Especially being African-American here..The people show signs of racism which is confusing to me seeing that  More
