1/2/2012parentWe are parents of a 3-year-old preschooler and could not be happier with SRB. Our son loves going to school each morning. It's remarkable how much he has learned in a few short months. We are also very happy with the entire SRB community from his teachers and the principal to the fellow parents.

4/28/2010parentI love St. Robert's so much because of the education, the catholic values and teaching my four kids to be grateful for what we have and to love and respect one another always. I have put 4 children within 22yrs. Now my grandson will be going there in the preschool.
4/28/2010parentSt. Robert Bellarmine is a wonderful school. Not only did my brother and I graduate from there in the 60's our children also attended and graduated. I find it to be one of the best catholic schools on the northwest side of chicago. The teachers are fantastic, so devoted, caring and kind. My children loved to wake up and go to school every day. They really loved their teachers. I give St. Roberts 5 stars.

4/28/2010parentI have 2 children attending SRB. The teachers are fantastic. There is a real sense of community. There is not a high turnover rate of teachers. Our principal is constantly working on adding new programs to make our school better for our children and future students. My family and I have had a wonderful experience. I was referred to SRB by a friend and am pleased with our decision. I do not worry about my children's future, I know they will be sucessful.
4/28/2010parentSRB has been in our family for almost 50 years. Four children; four weddings and now four grandchildren have gone through this school/church. It is family and family sticks together. People have come & gone; and so have programs and opportunities but at any time the future of our children are what all those changes were about. You couldn't ask for a better environment for our children.
4/27/2010parentVery close-knit school, promoting a real sense of community responsibility -- a great trait to instill in future adults!
4/27/2010parentBecause it gives kids a place where they can learn and feel safe and good about themselves. The class sizes aren't too big or too small and it is also very diverse in nationality.
4/27/2010parentSt. Roberts is a great school with fabulous teachers and programs!!!
4/27/2010parentEverything. My husband and his siblings attended SRB when they were children and loved it. They grew up to be great people! It is truly a place where I know my child will learn not only the usual things like science, math, reading, ect, but she will also learn how to be a good person. The teachers and principal (Mrs. Mijal.) are absolutely amazing! Always going above and beyond. The parents are also wonderful! It's such a close-knit school. Parents look out for each others' children. I know my daughter is safe, even when I'm not around. It's definitely a school I'm happy to sacrifice so many things for in order to send my daughter to.
4/27/2010parentGreat teacher, children receive a great education and all is in a family-oriented atmosphere.
4/27/2010parentSaint Robert Bellarmine is an excellent Catholic school because it offers a nurturing environment that enables children a chance to shine and blossom. We had several options at our fingertips, however, we chose Saint Robert Bellarmine for a number of reasons. As a new family this past year, we were immediately drawn in by the sincere sense of kindness and passion, direction and focus, as well as driven leadership narrowly focused on the success of each child as they develop spiritually, physically, and emotionally. The students at SRB are part of the future generation that will help to heal a wounded world. So, it's no wonder then that the school is planting seeds of faith, leadership and integrity in their hearts and minds -- and has done so for many years. SRB is known to develop students who are good stewards and contribute to society in a positive manner. In addition, families, faculty, and the parish help to create a place where you want to come and pray with your neighbors and friends, and be a part of something larger than you could have imagined. It's a loving environment that makes SRB a great place to call home. Nestled in Jefferson Park, on Chicago's northwest side, this is one of the top Catholic schools.
4/26/2010parentTeachers really care about these students and the students care about each other. they learn respect and compassion here. They also learn the basic skills that will help them throughout high school, college and life.

4/21/2010parentSt. Robert's is a wonderful community of caring parents & teachers. The school is very responsive to family & children's needs both in its academic curriculum and its after-school programs. A lot of terrific families make up this kind, caring school and community. That's right, in the city. You loved Chicago before you had kids and St. Robert's is a BIG reason why you choose to raise your family here.

4/21/2010parentI believe ST. Roberts is a very good school with a good faculty. I have been a life long parishoner as well as my children and come to believe that once there you will always feel a part of their community.
4/21/2010parentThis school is best kept secret in Chicago! We transferred from another catholic school last year and cannot begin to describe how fortunate we are to have found this place. The religious education, discipline and the cooperation from the principal and staff are amazing. This is how school was when we were growing up. Our children will be better people because of their experiences from St. Robert Bellarmine.
4/20/2010parentSt. Robert's provide a safe, nurturing environment for their students. Mrs. Mijal, the principal takes the time to know all the students and families by name. St. Robert's promotes family values as well as education. We love being a St. Robert's family.
3/8/2010parentOur son goes to St. Robert's and we are parishioners there too. It's a great community and an excellent school. We are extremely impressed by the dedication of the teachers, the curriculum, and the religious education. He loves going to St. Robert's. He's excited about some of the new after school activities too, like piano lessons and the 'PE for Me' sports program.
2/3/2010parentMy daughter started in pre-K and now is in 2nd grade. I love this school and wouldn't have it any other way. Not only is she excelling academically, there is a strong family atmosphere. She goes to afterschool volleyball on Tuesday's and girl scouts every other Thursday. The principal is always adding new and innovative ways of helping the children. Before and After school care comes in handy to
11/9/2009parentMy son graduated last year from SRB and when he took the H.S. placement exam we were surprised that he placed into honors classes for math & science. SRB really did a great job preparing the kids for H.S.
3/21/2007parentExcellent teachers and a great learning environment. They do; however need more extracurricular activities for the students.
11/1/2006studentI'm a student at Saint Robert Bellarmine and I have to say that it is a fantastic school, and I absolutely adore it. I transferred from a different school to SRB and I immediately felt the welcoming environment. The teachers there are remarkable. I will be graduating this year, and I can totally see why I'm going to miss it. The children are well disciplined and very educated. Sr. Mary Lou is currently the principal there and she maintains a very well balanced school and she's very involved. I will always remember her helping out the kids in the lunchroom! Saint Roberts has a very strong view on sports. The coaches give fair play, but our teams are outstanding. Saint Robert's main message is to treat others with respect. This school has definitely made a positive influence in my life, and I know it will make a difference in your child's.
