3/8/2012parentMy son is in Kindergarten at this school and loves it! We love his teacher, Mrs. Santos. I feel he is learning a lot and is in a very safe environment. I have found that some of the teachers seem a little rude to some of the parents and are unprofessional when talking about the "bad" behavior out of that child in front of other parents. I think the school could be a bit more organized when it comes to communication and picking children up from school. I had to ask other parents in order to know where to go to drop off and pick up. Overall, very pleased with the school, enough that when we move onto main base, we are putting in a transfer for him to stay at Hunley Park.
10/8/2008parentTried the school. Totally did not like the teacher, lack of communication. Felt no connections were accomidated or made to get to know new parents and students. Disenroller child eventually to a charter school.
7/17/2008parentMy son loves this school. He is going into the first grade this year. The teachers here are very nice and care about the children. The principal is also very caring. He is very concerned with safety. The whole staff here is wonderful.
5/30/2008parentMy child is in 5'th grade this year and I'm so sad that this is his last year at this school. When we started out in this school he was in kindergarten and Iwasn't to sure what to expect. It didn't take long for me to know that the teachers here really care for the students. My son fell in love with his second grade teacher. Mr.Olney is the greatest. He really pushed my son to go above and beyand .
5/31/2007parentMy child has fallen in love with this school. As most of you know thats half the battle
3/9/2006parentWe moved to the area from California and Hunley Park Elementary is far superior to our previos school. My kids love their new school and I can honestly say that the teachers here really do care for the children and their well being. I am also impressed with the measures that are taken to keep the kids safe and secure here. I recommend Hunley Park to anyone looking to move to the area.
10/23/2005parentThis is our first experience with any school this year as our daughter is in kindergarten. So far, we have love everything about Hunley. It's so nice to see that her teacher truly does care about my daughter. I can really recommend Hunley Park as a really good school for anyone.
