Montgomery County is not a dog friendly place if you own pets. The dog regulations do not favor the dog or dog owner and one should consider Frederick, Howard or Carroll  More

Everything costs more here because of the proximity to Washington D.C. I came from Long Island, NY where it was also expensive. Since I've been here costs go up, but  More
