You've taken the city I remember in the 1980s as a nice, modest, unassuming, picturesque little town and once again, as you've done in so many places in the west, turned it into a super-fast growing city where yuppies drive families out of the housing market, sleazy realtors come from California to turn a quick buck, and local wages don't come close to making up for a cost of living that has quadrupled in the last decade.
