E.O. Smith High School is located on a corner of the University of Connecticut campus. A substantial fraction of Mansfield school system students are the children of university faculty and staff. The high educational achievement of the parents is reflected in the performance of the school system. Storrs is a safe, clean, civic-minded town within the larger town of Mansfield. I believe your income (per capita and household) information is skewed downward because Storrs contains the main campus of the University of Connecticut. Counting almost 25,000 college students as 'residents' and incorporating data relating to their housing and incomes would surely not reflect the actual profile of the Read More
