Affordable bedroom community, worth a look! - 2/20/2021
Great little bedroom community. 40 minutes west of Chicago's western suburbs... this is a nice safe, quiet community. There is a nice golf course, drive in movie theater and affordable places to live. Fresh corn stands on Rt. 34 in the late summer. MMmmm. You may spend a little money driving to work, but can save $500 per month on rent! Check out Eva Apartments 120/122 Ottawa or 139 W Railroad. Drawbacks: not a lot of jobs in the area, not many places to shop. However, if you are looking to escape the madness of the Chicago area, you can still work in the western suburbs and commute to this place in the country.
