Hartshorn Healthcare - 10/21/2008
Contrary to your web page, there are no physicians practicing medicine in Hartshorn. The Nearest Clinic is in Summersville, 7 miles south. St. Johns has a clinic with a nurse practitioner, and Texas County Memorial Hospital has a satellite clinic with a doctor. Summersville also has the closest ambulance bay, and volunteer fire dept. Our area is also serviced by "Life Flight" helicopter ambulance service. There is a St. Francis Hospital 22 miles to the south in Mountain View, and Texas County Memorial Hospital is in Houston 30 miles to the west.
