Poor quality of life in Wentzville, MO - 3/12/2013
Those people considering relocating or moving to Wentzville,MO please be advised that living in this city is a living hell when it comes to quality of life. Wentzville, MO is located on the main railroad line passing through the state. No matter where you live in the city, you will hear train horns blairing all day and night, 7 days a week. You will be awakened anywhere from 1:00 AM through 7:00 AM everyday, including weekends. Many residents have gone before the City Council asking to have quiet zones established so that their families are not awakened at all hours of the night, to no avail. The city council has refused to address the issue stating that the railroads are part of the heritage of the city and they love the sound of the train horns. Living in Wentzville - 12/22/2007
Well first, I'm originally from Western New York. The Drivers here are terrible when it comes to red lights. It's like a unwritten law that one has to wait till traffic stops not when the light turns green. The people here say the traffic is bad. Not really, I've lived in DC, Norfolk, and Puerto Rico (San Jaun area) and they have some real traffic issues. Crime down in the city of St. Louis is high in some places. Again all the places (Not Scotland) I've lived in had bad crime areas. Places like Wentzville, O'fallon, Lake St Louis and etc are nice and safe. I Still think living in the East is better.
