Small Town Politics Rule The Town - 9/11/2012
The Village of Los Lunas used to be a very sought out place to live. Great Schools, friendly people, and beautiful country living with the enjoyment of privacy.

Boring - 7/15/2008
Boring is the word that comes to mind regarding Los Lunas. Moved here two years ago from Arizona. If you want to do anything you have to drive 25 miles to Albuquerque. This was not a bad plan two years ago but with gas prices who wants to drive an extra 25 miles to have fun? There is a lot of poverty here and drug abuse. No fun resturants, no where to shop except Walmart. Do not move here. I plan on leaving next year if the boredom does not kill me Read More

housing in los lunas - 10/24/2007
i grew up here but moved away to another city when i was married. now i have moved back and i have found that rents are very low in a lot of places here. the people are friendly, food is good, and the climate is comfortable. it is a nice place, but there are huge problems with poverty and drug/alcohol abuse. there are also a lot of problems with domestic violence. the schools aren't that great, either. the trafic is also getting to be pretty heavy on main street. overall, i am looking for someplace Read More
