New York City, also known as the Big Apple, is one of the most iconic and populous cities in the United States. 1. "I've lived in New York City for over a decade and I have to say, it's the best decision I've ever made. The energy and diversity of this city is unmatched. There's always something to do and something new to discover. The only downside is the cost of living, but if you can afford it, it's worth every penny." - Sarah123
2. "I moved to New York City for a job opportunity and I have to admit, it's been a tough adjustment. The fast-paced lifestyle and high cost of living can be overwhelming, but there's also so much to love about this city. The food, the culture, the people - it's all so vibrant and exciting. You just have to be prepared for the challenges that come with living here." - JohnDoe87
3. "I've been living in New York City my whole life and I can't imagine calling any other place home. Yes, it's expensive, but the opportunities and experiences here are endless. From Broadway shows to world-class museums, there's always something to do. And the best part is the diversity - there's always a new culture or cuisine to explore." - NYCbornandbred
4. "I recently relocated to New York City and I have to say, it's been a dream come true. The city is bursting with creativity and inspiration. My Hometown - Union Square - 7/5/2012
Native New Yorker. I can walk out of my apt and get Starbucks on the corner. Walk over to Union Square Park and sit there for a while just people watching. Buy fresh produce at the Farmer's Market. Watch people performing, selling things, giving out free hugs or just playing Chess at all hours of the day and night. Than I'll go into Sephora and try on makeup and nail polishes and spend about $50 in things. Go over to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's and grab a bite to eat. Then go into Barnes and Nobles and read for a couple of hours. Don't want to cook, no problem. Take out always works. I want all this in a warmer climate. My partner retires in 5 years so my research has begun. So far on top of the list is San Diego, CA
Looking forward to the next phase of my Life :-)

Bronx, NY - 6/18/2012
I have lived in Bronx County for 43 years. New York City is one of the best cities in the world for me. Museums, restaurants, festivals, summer activities, music the list goes on and on. But it is very expensive to live. Im a city employee who is going to retire in 3 years, so my pension is 50% of my salary so I will not afford to continue living here.

Hmmm should I just go to Florida? - 5/23/2012
I live in New York and im just so tired of this fast pace life. Im 34yrs old with a 15yr old son. My son and I are ready for a change. We have florida in Mind but just not quite sure where exactly. I would like some place where there are beaches near by, great school system and perhaps night life for myself. I do enjoy going out from time to time. Id rather be away from the craziness. Im also going to be renting so dont want anything to crazy. After all I dont have a job but im going with about maybe 4months of rent and hopefully that will give me enough time. Im currently bartending in NY so if necessary I will do same in florida if need to but eventually Id like a career paying job. Can not bartend for too long. Any suggestions anyone. Id appreciate some feed back.
