This city is so low on the totem pole, it's not even funny. Median household income is only $32K (single female income is just over $17K).

Their water treatment is sub-par, but costs more than other cities with better treatment.

This place has racists running around, unchecked and nobody seems to care. There is only 1% of African-Americans living here (and I can completely understand why that percentage is so low). Honestly, I wouldn't suggest any person of color to live here seeing how they're treated daily.

The streets are horrendous. I voted in the last election to put an extra tax on the taxpayers' backs just so the city would fix the streets. But come to find out, their version of "fixing" is overfilling potholes. So now instead of sinking into the street, it's like you're driving off road. The streets are in dire need of being fully replaced, but the city doesn't want to do it the right way.
