hi. i live in Ephrata, Pa. Looking forward to learning where some of the best places are to live with year round temps above 50. i love the beach, pools, bicycling, etc. we live in a great community but hate the winters. we live near amish country. we get to see horse and buggies on the roads. lots of farm land although a lot of it keeps on being sold for housing developments.
