Farmersville is a great little place to live - 3/15/2023
I tried to give 5 Stars, but 5th star was blocked by the text. OK. Here is my Review. I've lived here since April 2021. I moved into a brand new development and could not be happier with our new home. Covid put a real crimp on the city participating in many fun activities until mid- 2022. Christmas season they went all out. Lots of adorable decorations, fun places for kids to visit, lights everywhere, music in the streets. They tried to have a parade, the weather was bad, so it was rescheduled (not cancelled) the following week complete with Santa and horse drawn sleigh/wagon. Beautiful. There is a terrific farmers market once a month in a structure built to accommodate several different venues, with protection from the sunshine. Right next to a great city park. Our historic little town is just a block long & two streets wide, with brick streets & a gazebo in the center that plays country western songs all day.
