I would like to see the trail made with a sidewalk and night lights so people could walk at night. I understand security concerns, but feel that with proper patrols in the area and more mobile police equipment, it would greatly help the many who are unable to be in the sunlight and those's who need a wheel chair to get around. Water fountains could be added and more benches. Make more rest area's with Tables to lunch on. With grants, it could be a walk of concrete with a horse trail and bike trails on each side.Let the walk go all the way to Whitetop Mountain. Have vidio security at the police station and hire employees to keep it policed up.
