Review of Albany, Georgia

Climate
Star Rating - 8/5/2006
Albany has a humid climate but is not unbearable. Winters are mild and Summers are hot. Plenty of rain keeps vegetation green.

Rick, your report is accurate except for the part about plenty of rain keeping the vegetation green. Albany has frequent droughts. With the high temperatures in the summer our lawns turn brown in two days without water. An in-ground sprinkler system is a must for anyone serious about maintining a decent lawn.
