One of the local hospital's-Phoebe is a really greedy hospital in terms of cost. our Health care costs here are 15% higher than the national average. The local hospital strongly regulates the quality of care. The hospital often over bills and is very crooked in it's manipulation of other health facilities from being able to come in and improve, at least lower the existing health care costs.
