Small City with Big City Traffic

We really like living in Alexandria, except for one thing.... traffic. Everyday it's a challenge to get out of our neighborhood and onto Duke Street, one of our main streets. The City Council is allowing more development to increase tax base. Please stop! It was so nice once upon a time when Alexandria was a friendly Southern town just outside of Washington DC.
