Review of Aliso Viejo, California

Unaffordable

While housing prices are beginning to come down they are still in excess of anything anybody should be willing to pay for. As I'm writing this the median is $545,000. However, I happen to know that the 1,800 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhomes we're interested in run over $600,000.
