I have travelled extensively in the U.S. and have lived in numerous places, and Alpena has one of the highest qualities of life I have ever experienced. Low housing prices,friendly people, no traffic jams, beautiful geography... and few to none floods, wild fires, tsunami's, hurricanes, mud slides, earth quakes, tornados, snow blizzards, etc.!
