Antioch's likely decline

Antioch is a growing community that has surpassed 100K, I moved out here to get away from some congestion but it has followed me.
The old down town needs renovation and the city counsul lacks direction on how it is to be done. At this time there is plenty of construction work but that will soon die out as the city will run out of buildable space then only service jobs will be here. The city needs to bring in more professional occupations and/or rebuild the manufacturing sector that once was part of this community.
