Arlington is great if you love chain restaraunts, bill-boards, used car lots, heavy traffic that has only three major North-South arteries, two of which are bisected by a train and punched frequently with red-lights, and the other can't accommodate the volume, no public transportation (because city leaders actually believe that public transportation will bring crime. . . . which doesn't explain the . . ), high crime, ugly architechture, and virtually no city planning (or, a city planner run amok in a Disposable Housing Store). If this is what you consider a good time, then Arlington is the place for you.
