August gets to 113 degrees with 98 % humidity. When you get out of the shower, you are wet from sweat! My chest whistles trying to get air. There is a January thaw which is nice but, in February, Temps generally drop below zero. Sometimes it snows in April but it is usually too cold to snow, there is a lot of ice though.
The city used to be run by crooks, hopefully it's better now. There was no planning for a city so it's mainly off one road, Manchester. It is not a happy place!
