Weather in Bend

The weather in Bend is absolutely great about five months a year (June - Oct). It is really pretty bad the other seven. It is not nearly as sunny here as the local businesses like to pretend. Even the snow sports are not good a large portion of the winter due to very poor weather. A lot of cloudy days that can be very cold and icy. A good place if you can afford to be a snowbird. But for year round living, the five months don't compensate for the seven.
