Have been living overseas for years and am contemplating returning as empty nester with my partner. Fit, mid-50's, retired. Most important considerations security, health and plenty of sun. Can be individual property or gated community with facilities.
PS - Have selected state & city since I was coerced to do so but am open to other suitable states and cities.
