Review of Bruce Township (Macomb County), Michigan

Great place to live and build
Star Rating - 5/2/2015
Lots of nature but close to shopping and parks. Many new built homes developing. Quiet and low crime. Good schools. Highway close by to connect you to suburban areas. Good malls 20-25 minutes away. Nice to live in the country but 5 minutes from downtown Romeo and all the necessities. Nice to see deer in the backyard and all the birds. People out here are friendlier and good neighbors. 34 Mile Rd area very nice. Most lots an acre or more. Michigan summers very nice, sunny, not very rainy, but winters cold, although not as much snow as other areas in MI. Average cost of living. Most high paying jobs are in surrounding suburbs like Sterling Heights and Troy. Lots of medical field jobs at our nations top hospitals, besides the auto industry. (40 miles from downtown Detroit). Many metro and state parks close by. Dozens of Cider Mills in area, and fresh farmers produce. Great place for a family or to retire.
