Been here for 8 years. Palo Verde Meadows is really a super area. Lots of pride of ownership. Good place for families. Up along the Bullhead Parkway is nice as well. The old areas along Marina and Lakeside are run down. It’s inexpensive related to other areas and generally the people there have lower wage jobs or on a retirement income. But don’t judge because there are a lot of good hard working people in there they just don’t have a lot of money. Sure meth is a problem like most desert towns but the bullhead PD is a good force and they stay on the crime. Crime rate is higher due to petty theft and the tweaker getting something to sell at the pawn shop. Don’t make yourself a victim and you won’t become one. BHC is better than surrounding areas especially in the newer or hoa controlled areas
