Weather is great. In my area, the bay area, the rainy season lasts only about 3 months as opposed to the 5 months back east. The fog keeps June and July cool if you are near the bay and the coast, but it can get hot inland. The warmest6 time of year by the bay is in August and September when it gets from 75 in the city to 110 in the outer areas the of Bay Area.
