Quality of life in So.Cal.had greatly deteriorited in the last 20 years. The influx of Asians and Mexicans has overtaxed our highways and residential streets..Multi-families are now living in what was built as single family housing developments..It is a commom sight to see 5,6,7 or more autos parked at one house..Up to 10 or more people living in a house built for a family of 5, at most..Just to many people in the area...Soon, So. Ca. will be in worse condition that Asia as far as the number of people per sq. mile..
TIME TO LEAVE while I still have a few years left to enjoy the American way of life..Hoping that lakeside living in Texas will make up for the years wasted in Ca.
