Nice Place to Visit

Lived here most of my life, but it is getting expensive. But where else, besides Texas can you drive for eight hours and still be in the same state? (Well, maybe New York or Boston, during traffic jams...) Scenery is varied, lots of National parks, but lately, *too much rain*.
Nonetheless, I can't quite imagine living anywhere else!
