...this might just be the best place left. Just think what LA, SF, San Jose, Sacramento and San Diego are going to be like in 5, 10, 15, 20 years!
How many more lanes of freeway can they actually add to the 101, Hwy 5, Hwy 80, Hwy 680, Hwy 580, the I10, the 405 in the future? I think it's pretty esay to say the the Golden State's best days are behind it.
San Luis Obispo stands apart from so many places in California and they're not going to be embracing growth any time soon. It's expensive - wow it's expensive.
