I'm an art teacher and artist from Texas. I want to move to Oja so badly!
How can I find a cheap place to live? I need a teaching job there too ....
Help out a poor art teacher would ya? Can I live with someone? Share the rent? Rent a tiny little room from a filthy rich person? Well?
