Quality of Life in California

I've lived in California for 28 years (all my life). Despite all the bad publicity about my wonderful state, I still embrace it and will always remain here until my death. It has taken a turn, unfortunately, for the worst- at least for right now- this recession, has California on it's knees, but we will come out on top, once again, as one of the World's most powerful economy...we probably still are up there, despite our current financial situation.
I really don't see myself anywhere else but here.
