The best run, most efficient and very clean city I have ever lived at and that includes places on 3 continents.
Stunning nature with the Pacific ocean and gigantic Santa Monica Mountain Range out the door with year round near perfect weather.
Close to everything from Malibu to Calabassas, Ojai, Santa Barbara etc and within the same 45 min to 1 hour distance ( traffic depending) to 3 commercial airports, namely LAX, BUR, SBA.
The university, USCCI is the only one of its kind growing in leaps and bounds while general enrollment numbers are in decline everywhere else along the CA coast. Tons of more students, professors, programs year after year. This is a rare gem that seems almost surreal in Coastal CA. Somehow it is still under the radar and priced accordingly...grab the opportunity while you can. Despite the small town feel, lots of research compa it's and even Costco is now building here. A very prosperous and beautiful community. Don't let me forget there are 2 Nagaland air force stations within 15 min from there. A dream for any investor given the grounded rent laws here and friendly business environment.
