I have visited family there a few times and I would really rather not go back. It is definitely not somewhere I would want to move, it was bad enough that I had to get married out there. Carlisle is the reason I never want to move to a small town. They are really behind as far as technology, not many businesses even have websites! Huge religious town not that there is anything wrong with that but most are Pentecostal. There are plenty of Assemblies of God churches. I even attended a church service and yes witnessed the "speaking in tongues" very strange! Great place to live if you believe women are only here ( on Earth) so that men don't get bored! Yes, I know. They also believe you should be barefoot, pregnant, and do all the cooking, cleaning, shopping, and raising the children on their own. Not for me! Don't go!
