Beautiful city

I lived in Charleston most of my life and raised two children in private schools in the old historic district. I believe Charleston has more to offer than just about any mid-sized city in America. It offers so much history and culture as well as beautiful beaches and fabulous dining.

The only draw back is the prices of homes downtown now and taxes. If you can afford it, don't live anywhere but downtown.
