It is a quaint place.

Housing prices are expensive!
Demographic lacks persons from 25-35 (b/c it is sooo expensive)
Traffic continually becomes more unbearable, especially when school is in session
Jobs either pay $25K or $100K
It is pretty
The new news station CBS is top notch
Great place to visit

That's about it...unless you are rich!
