Relocating

I am thinking on relocating from Minneapolis hopefully by the end of the summer. How’s the job market overall? I am also an African American woman and a single mom. Soooooo, how are the men and schools? I am originally from Louisiana, lived in ATL for 15 years. I do not like pretentious and rude and close-minded people and extreme weather regardless how good the job market is. We, (my 8 year daughter and I), just want to live in a warm comfortable environment. All Opinions are welcomed.
